It is very important to follow up with your doctor on a regular basis.  If you have never attended classes to learn about diabetes self-management, ask your doctor to refer you to the Lennon Diabetes Center at Huron Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital.  Remember, knowledge is power!
