The Huron Hospital CMH will partner with Huron Hospital Community Relations Office, Healthy Heart Team, Residency Program and School of Nursing. This team has done an outstanding job in their journey to wellness outreach programs that focus on various health screenings, nutrition education, living fit and staying healthy programs, health education talks, and collaborations with other community organizations. CMH will also collaborate and partner with the Cleveland Clinic Community Relations Department and Government Relations to develop community outreach programs related to health education, screenings and fund development.
