Mission
The mission of the Center for Minority Health is to eliminate health disparities and improve minority and medically underserved health outcomes in our primary service area through access to care, community outreach services and measurable evidence based intervention in research, education and disease prevention.
Vision
Huron Hospital will be Northeast Ohio's premier leading provider for minority health services and eliminating health disparity. To meet community needs, Huron's Center for Minority Health will provide culturally competent and quality research, education and outreach services to all patients including minorities and underserved.
